HOW TO GET LICENSE FOR ANESTHESIA TECHNICIAN:
Hai today I am trying to explain the Dubai health authority Licensing process for Anesthesia technicians. As you all know we have two steps to finish and reach the target. Dataflow verification of your documents and CBT exam.
- DATAFLOW PROCEDURE:
- Sgnup in DHA account and get your unique id after checking eligibility
- signup for DHA dataflow and attach signed LOA(letter of autghorization)
- Complete process of dataflow . You have to do dataflwo for your education certiifcate, license and experience. Normally the amount of dataflwo comes around 1000 AED. If you have any additional document , that will cost you additional 310 AED.
- Do the payment by using credit card . Usually it takes 35 to 40 days to complete the process. There is an urgent category also , for that you have to pay additional 500 AED. Now due to Covid 19 outbreak , there is delay in veriifcation process. Always inform your employer that you submitted your documnets for verification, so that your employer will gbe alert about the calls and mails.
- If there is any fake document and you got a negative report , then no authority will accept you, its same like your life spoil because of one dtaaflow report. So always try to keep genuine documents.
- Always better to have complete 2 year experience from one institution after your graduation.
- you can check status of your application by using this link .https://www.dataflowstatus.com/applicationstatus.Enter your Dataflwo case number and passport. Dataflwo case number you cna see in your dataflwo application dashboard.
- You should monitor your mails for dataflow alerts . Sometimes they will ask you for some more additional documents or contact number of your employer etc.
- once you receive your report ,check DHA account whether it is linked with DHA or not.
- If linked , you can start for Exam assessment.
2. CBT ASSESSMENT:
- DHA exams can be attend without dataflow also. You can attend exam before starting dataflow if you wish.
- By using DHA unique Id , get the eligibility number in prometric website
- By using eligibility number you can schedule your exam and select your location
- search for exam dates availability
- once you select exam date , do payment .
- try to print or save your application details
- please note that your name is smae as which is in passport (so many incidents are happening that prometric centres are not allowing candidate to sit for exam if tehre is any name change) and your money also will not be refunded.
- Then attend exam . If you pass then you will reach to next step. Within 3 days you will get results , which will be showing in your DHA application . Total of 3 attempts will be there. if you fail , then again you ahev to book exam and need to pay same exam fee. Exam fee is around 950 AED.
3. GETTING ELIGIBILITY LETTER:
- This is the 3rd step in DHA licensing. You have to submit your application . This time you have to submit your gopod standing certificate and if any other additional documents if you have and make payment of 228 AED for Eligibility.
- If everything is fine, then they will issue eligibility letter.
4. GETTING JOB AND LICENSE:
- After getting eligibility letter, next step is to find out a job here in Dubai.
- once you gets job, your employer will do the next level of license process and will make payment for license.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR DHA ANESTHESIA TECHNICIAN LICENSING:
- High school and higher secondary certiifcate
- Passport front and back
- Photograph with white back ground
- degree/diploma certificate
- marklist /transcript for education
- Paramedical council registration (if renewed that copy also required)
- Experience certificate ,under same speciality ,should not have more than 18 month gap) should be sign & seal by HR .
- good standing certificate from licensing council (valid for 6 month)
