LICENSE TRANSFER FROM HAAD TO MOH FOR ALL HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS:

Hai , its a good news about license transfer from one authority to another authority with in UAE. Hereby I am mentioning about procedure for transferring license from HAAD  to MOH for health care professionals.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LICENSE TRANSFER:

1. Passport copy
2. photograph with white back ground
3. Degree /Diploma certiifcate
4. Transcript or mark list
5. High school or Higher secobndary certifcate
6. Home country license (Initial copy and renewed )
7. HAAD   License card
8. Experience certificates from HAAD  facilities (not less than 6 month)
9. Other experience certificates
10. NOC from current facility if you are still working
11. Good standing certiifcate from HAAD
12. Basic Life support(optional for some professionals)
13. Professional CV
14. Old dataflow Report
15. Letter of authorization
16. Offer letter from any of the facility
17. Log book for surgeons etc

PROCEDURE:

• Sign up MOH site. Fill up all information
• Upload all documents and pay initial registartaion payment.
• After payment you will receive dataflwo payment ID and login details for dataflwo to your regsitered mail id
• Usually MOH will select the docuemnt to be veriifed and will give payemnt ID and amount
• Additional veriifcation of  HAAD  experience and HAAD  license will be done.
• After dataflwo completion you will get mail notiifcation and submit requested documents
• Pay the certificate of evaluation fee and get evaluation certiifcate
• Once you find out a job, your facility will  will proceed for license transfer .

note: Those who attended MOH  exam and failed, can’t transfer . You have to prove that you possess the  capability to pass assessment.
