Hai , its a good news about license transfer from one autghority to another authority with in UAE. Hereby I am mentioning about procedure for transfering license from  MOH  to DHA for health care professionals.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LICENSE TRANSFER:

1. Passport copy
2. photograph with white back ground
3. Degree /Diploma certiifcate
4. Transcript or mark list
5. High school or Higher secobndary certifcate
6. Home country license (Initial copy and renewed )
7. MOH  License card
8. Experience certificates from MOH  facilities (not less than 6 month)
9. Other experience certificates
10. NOC from current facility if you are still working
11. Good standing certiifcate from MOH
12. Basic Life support(optional for soem professionals)
13. Professional CV
14. Old dataflwo Report

PROCEDURE:

• Sign up an DHA account
• Do eligibility check
• Aplly for Dataflwo -Old dataflow reprot from MOH can transfer and do additional dataflwo veriifcation of MOH  License,MOH   experience.
• once dataflwo completed then click on exam exemption
• Submit the application with required docuemnts
• Do payment for DHA eligibility letter
• You will receive DHA eligibility letter and with this you cna search for job
• If you gets an offer letter under DHA facilities, the facilities will apply for your license

note: Those who attended DHA exam and failed, cant transfer . You have to prove that you ahve teh capability to pass exam.
