MOH UAE LICENSE PROCESS FOR REGISTERED NURSE/ASSISTANT NURSE/REGISTERED MIDWIFE:
Here are the steps of license process for health care professionals:
STEP 1:
- Login to MOH site. https://www.mohap.gov.ae/en/Pages/default.aspx
- After signing up with Ministry of Health and Prevention, UAE website, you have to fill all personal information , attach your photo, passport and other all documents which is requested.
- Pay the initial registration fee by using your credit card or any other means.
- After payment submit application for auditor approval.
STEP 2:
- You will receive email notification of data flow link and payment session
- Data flow payment Id . MOH is determining the documents to be sent to data flow and the cost of data flow. If you have previous data flow report with you you have to submit it initially, Otherwise they will ask you to do payment for all documents.
- After successful payment of data flow fee wait for data flow report.
- You can check status in between by using data flow case number and passport. How to get Data flow case number , I have made a video in you tube. Please visit nursing manthra you tube channel and do subscribe to get updated notification.
You may ask me what all are the documents required for data flow. What is data flow or PSV (primary source verification). Data flow means verifying your documents from its source. You must submit your education includes internship , license and experience for data flow. Data flow team in your country will visit the institution, or they may mail or they make a call to the institute. The correspondent authority has to make a positive remarks on your documents which you submitted for verification.
Documents required for data flow verification:
- Degree/Diploma certificate with internship if applicable.
- Mark list/transcript-If you don't have mark list from university, then you can submit the transcript. Transcript is taking from the college , principal should sealed and signed on it, mentioning all year details of the subjects , mark list, internship details also etc.
- License- from licensing council-you can submit your valid home country license. Initial license copy and renewed copy also. If your license is expired , then you have to renew your license and then apply for verification. If you worked in another country , you can submit license from last working country also.
- Experience certificate----minimum of 2 year experience with minimum gap within 2 year . Always better to have experience with one employer for 2 years. Don't try to make a fake document. Always get experience certificate from HR(Human resource ) office or from Medical director if your institution don't have HR department.
note: Good standing certificate should be taken from last employed licensing council(home country license).
STEP 3:
- After data flow report is ready, auditor will approve the application and you have to search for examination date availability. Dates will be showing in the MOH site and you can book through pro metric website, by making payment (Payment ID will be there).
Wow, I hope that You finished with your data flow and your exam. Now after passing exam you have to submit application and pay the certificate fee once approved by licensing officer. You can download your evaluation letter through the same site.
