This topic is very important in your life for all health care professionals those who wish to work in GCC.
This blog is for all health care professionals those who are starting there career soon after their studies and for all health care professionals those who are currently working in institutions. As we know that to practice as a health care professionals in GCC , we should get a license in the authority where you wish to work.

Abu Dhabi-DOH,
Sharjah , Ajman, Ras al Khaimah -ministry of health UAE,
Saudi -SCFHS,
Oman -OMSB,
Qatar -QHCP,
Bahrain-NHRA,
Kuwait MOH... etc....
To apply to these countries, we need to do dataflow verification (PSV) for our documents.The very crucial document is our experience certificate which we are submitting for data flow. As we know that once you get negative report for data flow, you can’t work in GCC.
Be vigilant regarding your experience certificate.
While you are joining to a hospital for job itself you should make sure that your salary will be sent to your bank account. Because when you are working in one hospital there will not be any issue, but may be future there are lot of chances to become a black listed hospital, management change or closure of hospital etc. So, you should have a proof of bank statement and can give as a proof that you worked in that hospital.
Always make sure that you have Provisional Fund (PF) statement when you are ending up the job there. Recently dataflow asking regarding these documents
2 year experience is mandatory.
after registration 2 year experience required
As you all know that minimum 2-year experience is required for the licensing process. Make sure that you complete 2 years. even 2 days gap for 2-year, authority will reject application. This 2 -year experience should be after your registration in the licensing council in your home country. The experience will be calculated after the registration.
Don't make fake certificate
One most important thing I have to tell you that, at any cost don’t make fake certificate. So many incidents I noticed that initial verification of fake certificate may be positive, but after few years automatically will go for reverification and the certificate will be caught and negative report will be there. I know the staff who lost their job due to these issues those who are working in government hospitals. Even most of the authority will send for reverification of PSV while doing renewal process of license, without informing to applicants.
Make it sure before start job you have same state license
Make sure that you should have same state license when you are working. For an example, if you are working in Delhi, then need to do Delhi nursing council registration or Delhi medical council etc. After the registration in this state your experience will be calculated.
It has been noticed that most of the allied health professionals/para medical professionals are not registering in the licensing council as it is not mandatory for them in their home country to start a job. Please do registration in the state board paramedical council and after that start your dream job.
Same title role is mentioned
Next you should make sure that the same title role is mentioned in your experience certificate. Trainee period if mentioned it will not be calculated as registered practitioner experience. If you worked 6 months as a trainee nurse and 1 year 6 months as staff nurse or registered nurse, the authority will ask you to have 6 more months experience as registered nurse.
