PROCESS OF MOH UAE EVALUATION LETTER RENEWAL FOR ALL HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS:

Welcome to Nursing manthra. Todays blog is related to how to do moh evaluation letter renewal. All health care professionals must have electronic yearly facility license should be there(private electronic license). You must obtain good standing certificates from moh. Your facility should provide you still working certificate. Those who already resigned from job, please note that it shouldn't be more than 2 year experience gap. This is applicable for all health care professionals who possess moh evaluation letter.  

Steps of process:

1. Apply for good standing certificate. After receiving it then apply for moh evaluation through MOHAP website

2. Upload all documents and pay the regsitration fee. Based on the profession the regsitrtaion fee will differ. For nurses 260aed, for technicians 310aed and for physicians its 510aed.

3. Moh will verify your documents and provide the dataflwo verification link. Data flow payment link is given by moh around 1000aed to 1100aed depends on documents. Old dataflwo report will be there plus additional documents verification like moh experience, moh good standing and moh license will be verified as additional.

4. Pay for evaluation letter fee once you receive your dataflwo report.

5. You can downloads your new evaluation from my certificates option.

6. Find out a job and employer will activate your private license.

Docuemnts Required for the process:

1. passport copy

2.passport size photo

3. higher secondary certificate

4. Diploma /Degree certificates

5.Mark list/Transcript

6. Home country license and license renewed copy

7.Experience certificate with in past 2 years under MOH facility

8. Good stadning certificate from MOH

9 .MOH electronic private license

10. Basic life support valid one

11. Previous dataflwo report

12. Old moh evaluation letter.
