MINISTRY OF HEALTH-UAE(MOHAP) LICENSE TO DUBAI HEALTH AUTHORITY (DHA) LICENSE .

If you have the MOH license, which is activated after one month of license activation you can transfer your MOH license to DHA.

First you must get an the Good standing certificate from the MOH website. After that, you need to transfer the data flow report to DHA that you have done for MOH. You must provide your MOH license ,MOH evaluation letter, MOH good standing certificate and the experience under MOH.In addition to that,other documents such as Educational documents, mark lists or transcript, good staning certificate, BLS(basic life support), Home country registration, all other documents you have submitted for MOH must be submitted here also.

THE PROCESS

First, you must apply the MOH Good Standing Certificate on the MOH website. After that, we have to transfer the old MOH dataflow report to the DHA. Additionally, you should do the data flow verification for additional components. MOH license MOH good standing certificate and MOH experience .

It usually takes 25-30 days for the data flow to  complete the verification. Depends on the authority that responding to the data flow team. After that, we will apply for the Eligibility letter. No exam required.

HOW MUCH WILL BE THE EXPENSE 

The good stansing certificate from MOH costs 520 dirhams. The data flow transfer amount will be 210 AED. plus the additional documents verification for data flow approximately AED 930,960. Once the dataflow verification has been completed , you should apply for the DHA eligibility letter. The application costs 220 dirhams. This is the cost of license transfer from MOH to DHA.
