3. IELTS/OET test results
4. Current Nursing Registration
5. Passport Copy: Color copy
6. Professional reference Letter
7. From Nursing Superintendent
8. From Senior nurse in charge
9. Academic syllabus
10. Transcripts
11. Foreign verification from the concerned nursing authorities

1. International criminal history
2. Competency assessment letter
3. Medical test
4. Police Clearance Certificate
5. Application for visiting visa
6. Visitor Visa
7. CAP college seat
8. Air Ticket
9. Arrival in New Zealand
10. CAP Level 7 Programme

 

The international registration process:

• Apply online and pay the fee of $NZ 650.00
• We email you to confirm we ‘ve received your application . We send you education and verification forms, and statuatory declaration form------you send verification form to your nursing board---you send the education form to your nursing school--------your nursing school sends us your educational information
• We email you your application number. This takes up to 5 days.
• You print and sign the statuatory declaration and send it back to us ,with:
• Your passport (certified copy)
• Your evidence of name change ,if applicable(certified copy)
• Your IELTS or OET results
• Your CV
• Your employer’s certificate /letter which confirms how long you’ve practiced as a nurse
• We mark your documents received and send you messages using our online tracker .Please check it often.
•  
• Once we received all your documents , your application joins the Assessment queue. This takes upto 30 days
• Your application is assessed .This takes upto 5 dyas
• You complete international criminal history check (ICHC)
• We make a decision and let you know by email.
• Type of reply you will get like -----NZ registration granted……we need more information-----you may complete a CAP programme……….application declined etc .

• You can apply for an International Criminal History Check (ICHC) using this application form.
• • When you have submitted your application for the check, Fit2work will assess your application for completeness.
• • When your application is considered complete, you will receive an email with an ICHC reference page that will include a check reference number.
• • Please note: you do not need to provide the results report to Nursing Council of New Zealand. Your ICHC results will be sent directly to Nursing Council of New Zealand and you will also be emailed a copy by Fit2work.
