CME/CNE TRAINING UNDER DUBAI HEALTH AUTHORITY(DHA):

                    Your dream is to get job in Dubai under DHA. Don't worry Clinical attachment programme will help you. 

Procedure to apply :

1. The CME training details you will get through below link.

or  you can directly visit to Department of medical education DHA. Address below.

Ground Floor, Rashid Medical Library, Department of Medical Education, Dubai Health Authority Timing: 08:00 am – 01:00 pm (Sunday to Thursday)

2. All clinical attachments/work placements are subject to pre- placement checks and the applicant will not be able to commence until the checks have been completed.

3. All Attaches must submit the Official Health Clearance Certificate at or before the time of commencement. You will not be permitted to be in contact with patients without such evidence .

    1. Evidence of immunity to:
      • Hepatitis B
      • Measles and Rubella
    2. Evidence of negative status with respect to:
      • HIV
      • Hepatitis B
      • Hepatitis C
      • TB
      • Syphilis (VDRL)
  • Only online applications, through above website, will be accepted.
  • Please make sure to apply online no less than 4 weeks before the attachment/placement starting date.
  • To apply for Clinical Attachment / Work Placement at DHA, please ensure that you follow the steps below in sequence:
    1. Register with Meducation.ae ( if you already registered skip this step)
      1. create account with meducation.ae (Click here for registration).
      2. activate your account using the security code sent to your email.
    2. Login with your account at meducation.ae.
    3. Update your profile information:
      1. update your profile picture with your photo.
      2. update your profile adding your Qualifications , Experience with proofing documents if applicable.
      3. add personal documents needed for Clinical attachment to your user profile as below:
        1. Updated CV.
        2. Good Standing Certificate:
          • If you are a student, provide updated letter "To Whom It May Concern" from your University.
          • If you are an employee, provide updated letter "To Whom It May Concern" from your Employer.
          • Other wise, provide updated "Police Clearance Certifcate" from relevant Ministry of Interior Agency /Police Department/Equivalent.
        3. Passport copy.
        4. Visa copy: illustrates that the applicant has permission to stay in the UAE for the duration of the clinical attachment / work placement.
    4. Fill Clinical Attachment / Work Placement e-request form
  • DHA preserves the right to ask for further documents / information if required.
  • In order to check the status of you application, please visit your user profile.

4. once you complete training and obtain needed CPD points based on your gap of practice. In video mentioned the details. You have to attend classes in between the training.

5. Once you have mentioned CME Experience letter and CPD points then we have to apply in DHA and complete registration process by dataflwo and exam process.

Process of CME application in MOH:

1. apply for moh evaluation process with available documents

2. you will get rejection mail form moh to fill up experience gap

3. Have to show this rejection mail in APS approved hospital for training . For MOH UAE approved settings are Thumbay hospital Ajman - 067and university hospital sharjah.

4. After doing CME training resubmit application.

5. Documents will forward for datafwlo verification

6. approved for exam and pass exam 

7. you will get evaluation

Process of CME application for DOH:

1. mail to DOH regarding your issue----training@doh.gov.ae

2. As per instruction from DOH , need to get CME training form APS settings.

3. Once completes CME training , do dataflwo process and apply for credentialing 

4. Complete exam process

5. Once you pass exma employer can activate license
