How to Transfer DHA Eligibility Letter to DOH (Abu Dhabi) – 2026 Updated

If you plan to work in Abu Dhabi / Al Ain, you may need DOH licensing. Many candidates ask how to move from DHA pathway to DOH pathway. This guide shares the practical preparation checklist.

Who usually needs this transfer?

  • Got job offer in Abu Dhabi/Al Ain
  • Already completed DHA PSV/exam and want DOH pathway

Prepare these items

  • Passport + updated CV
  • Education certificate + transcript
  • Registration/license + Good Standing
  • Experience letters (with full details)
  • DHA PSV report (if available)

Documents Required for transfer: For all health care professionals:

1. Passport copy

2. White background photograph 

3. 12th /intermediate school certificate

4.  All year mark list from university or board and Transcript from college

5. Home country license.

 initial registrtaion certificate from licensing council and renewed if applicable. Make sure that the license should match with same state you worked for past 2 year. 

You have to get license from last working country. Eg: Indian nationality who works for past 2 year in Saudi Arabia. In this case you must produce SCFHS license and your Valid Indian council license also. 

6.  Good standing certificate.

 from last working country authority and home country authority also. Good standing should obtain from registration council. Validity for good standing is 6 months. (If you don't have GSC, inform us, will try to arrange behalf of you)

7. Experience certificate.

 based on your professional qualification criteria.  Experience certificate must have HR or hospital director seal and signature in hospital or clinic letter head.

8. Staff data form filled copy

(Which will be shared to you when you approach Nursing Manthra for the process)

9. E tarasol barcode-Nursing manthra will assist you to get E tarasol barcode 

10. Covid-19 vaccination certificate

Process of Application:

1. Dataflow transfer : The data flow which you have done in DHA has to do transfer to DOH  through dataflow website. https://www.dfdoh.com/

2. Once receive new data flow report under DOH case number, then need to link this report to TAAM website

3. Open UAE Pass in your mobile. Download UAE pass from Play store. Please make sure that you are using same mail id for UAE PASS login, which you have used for data flow transfer. Then only report will get linked to this same UAE PASS.

4. Sign In TAAM account by using UAE PASS

5. In department of health have to do credentialing process. Upload all your documents and pay 110aed application fee.

6. Wait for the mail response for exam approval.

7. You will get Pearson Vue link for exam booking.

8. Once make pre-approval exam fee 50 Aed, then the link will get activated.

9. Go to Pearson vue account and book exam. Exam fee depends on profession changes are there. Around 550aed.

10. Once you complete exam with in 1 to 3 days result will get published in website.

11. That exam pass screenshot take and you can find an employer in Abu Dhabi and employer can activate license.
