How to transfer DHA Eligibility Letter to MOH UAE Evaluation Certificate : Without Exam

Dear all,

Congratulations for passing DHA exam and I hope you possess DHA eligibility letter. But unfortunately you didn't find a job in Dubai. And you are struggling without any job here in Dubai. You find a job under moh facility and employer is demanding for MOH evaluation letter. Don't worry, This blog will help you to understand the steps of process of DHA eligibility letter conversion to MOH UAE license.

If you meet the criteria's under MOH. You will get exempted from MOH exam process after approval from examination officer in MOH.

For all health care professionals:

Required documents for transfer

1.Passport copy

2. White back ground photograph

3. 12th /intermediate school certificate

4. All year mark list from university or board and Transcript from college

5. Home country license

initial registration certificate from licensing council and renewed if applicable.

You have to get license from last working country.

Eg: Indian nationality who works for past 2 year in Saudi Arabia. In this case you must produce SCFHS license and your Valid Indian council license also.

6. Good standing certificate

from last working country authority and home country authority also.

Good standing should obtain from registration council. Validity for good standing is 6 months.

7. Experience certificate

where you have registration, same place experience certificate mandatory

Experience certificate must have HR or hospital director seal and signature in hospital or clinic letter head.

Approximately 20 to 30 days process duration

approximately 1100 to 1500 Aed depends on the profession
