HOW TO AVOID DATA FLOW DISCREPANCY /NEGATIVE DATAFLOW REPORT: 2022 OCTOBER
Recently we are getting so many queries for dataflow discrepancy what to do. Some of the applicants really worked in the hospital , but due to blacklisted hospital they got negative dataflow report. There are so many Educational organizations which provides paramedical courses is not affiliated and that also makes the candidate life in a horrible situation.
Solution for dataflow negative report:
You must provide PF statement and Bank salary transaction proof. Make sure that you can produce these documents and your problem will be solved.
PF-PROVIDENT FUND-Employees provident fund Organization India, Ministry of Labour and Employment, states that the organization which contains more than 20 staffs , should provide PF statement for each employee.
How the report description for Employment Discrepancy:

- However , upon a recent review of cases received from the hospital , dataflow noted that from January 2019 to march 2021, it received nearly 152requests for employment verification from individuals claiming to be former employees of the hospital.
- For all these cases hospital informed that experience certificates submitted by the applicants are genuine.
- Concerned that hospital with a capacity of claimed 10 beds cannot reasonably be expected to have hundreds of employees leaving the organization over a relatively short duration.
- Dataflow asked the applicant to submit one of the following documents to validate their employment with the hospital in question: A provident fund (a local social security fund) statement, which is reliable proof of employment with the hospital , as all organizations in India with 20 or more staff are required by law to enroll employees with the countries Employee Provident fund Organization, or a bank certificates confirming salary transfers from...hospital to applicants bank account for the duration of the claimed employment.
- The applicant ha snot been able to submit either of the additional documents requested.
- Dataflow also conducted a site visit to the hospital in question and noted discrepancies concerning attendance records, bed capacity vs claims and related matters.
- Based on the above , dataflow sees discrepancy in the applicants , employment claim, but stands ready to make appropriate changes to the report , if the applicant were to submit the additional document ,as noted above."
Data flow appeal process. How to do?
You have to apply for appeal process with in 6 month of issue of dataflow certificate, if you find tat you can clear the discrepancy and your certificate is genuine.
I am a fresh graduate. How I will be knowing blacklisted hospitals? If my hospital is backlisted what I have to do:
Nursing manthra suggest you to work in a hospital where they can provide you either PF statement and bank transfer of your salary. So you have the proof to show even your hospital comes black listed.
I really worked in the hospital. But hospital is blacklisted. What to do?
You don't have a solution to show your genuity , if you don't have PF or bank transaction salary details.
