DOH/HAAD LICENSING PROCESS FOR DOCTORS,NURSES AND ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS:
Dear friends,
I know that you are waiting for a new blog related to updated changes in DOH licensing process. Here we will see what all steps has to get complete to finish DOH licensing process.
DOH -Department of Health Abu Dhabi License will allow you to work in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. All health care professionals who wish to work under these Emirates of UAE, must hold DOH license. Without License if you are working it is illegal.
We will see application process steps.
1. Sign up uae pass
2. Login to TAAM website
3. Dataflow verification -PSV process
4. Application submission in TAAM-credentialing
5.Exam approval and booking at pearson vue or oral exam
6. Finding out a facility to activate license
Before applying to process please check professional qualification criteria , for your licensing title requirements and you are eligible or not. Please click on below link to see the document and check you are eligible or not .
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR DOH LICENSING PROCESS FOR ALL HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS:
Passport copy
Passport size photograph recent one
Higher secondary certificate
Educational qualification Document- PHD/Master Degree/Bachelor degree or Diploma
Mark list of submitted documents and Transcript
License /Registration from last working country and home country -Initial copy and renewed copy also. If your profession don't have license you can contact nursing manthra for solution.
Experience certificate based on PQR -signed and seal by HR, Administrator, Director of the facility.
Good standing certificate from licensing council --from last working country and home country
Internship certificate -for general practitioners and specialist
Residency certificate-for specialist
Log book for surgeons
Valid basic life support
Covid 19 vaccination certificate with booster dose
Resume
E tarasol -barcode file
Staff data form filled
Emirates ID/UAE vis--if you are UAE resident
Previous data flow report if you have.
If you have all these documents then you can start your application process. For any application process first step is arrange documents. So once you have all documents then we can start processing for license.
STEP1: LOGIN TO UAE PASS APPLICATION :
You have to download UAE PASS application from google play store and signup with your mail id which you are planning to give for your dataflow verification process. Make sure that you use same mail id for whole process. Then only report will get linked in that UAE PASS account. I made a video about how to do UAE PASS. Kindly watch if you don't know the process.
After that you will get a UIN-Unique Identification Number starting with H00------------
To enter in Data flow we need that number.
STEP 3: DATAFLOW VERIFICATION PROCESS-PSV :
Data flow verification means verifying your documents authenticity by a private company Data flow. Please make sure that you are not keeping any wrong or fake documents. Life long you are banned to do jobs in GCC if your dataflow report comes discrepancy. So before applying please contact nursing manthra for PSV if you need any clarification.
Do all documents which is relevant to your profession .If any document lacking DOH will reject application and ask you to do again Dataflow. Dataflow normal package include 1 Education, 1 license ,1 good standing,1 Experience certificate which cost around 990Aed. If you have any additional documents then it will be charged 320AED extra for each documents. Data flow usually takes 1 month to 2 month depends in authorities how fast they will respond to dataflow team. If you have any previous dataflow negative, no use to do dataflow again .Only reverification option if your side is genuine.
Once you get positive dataflow report then next process is application submission in DOH.
STEP 4: APPLY FOR DOH CREDENTAILING :
Once you receive a positive dataflow then you can apply for DOH credentialing process. Link dataflow report to DOH site and then upload all documents relevant to position.
Documents again to upload in Soh system:
E tarsol barcode-You can contact Nursing manthra if you need assistance to create Etarasol
staff data form filled
vaccination certificate
higher secondary /intermediate certificate
BLS certificate-if your profession demands
Good standing valid -6month is the validity from issue date
Data flow report
You have to pay application fee 105 AED .
Waiting period -5 to 10 working days
If all documents are perfect DOH will accept your application for Exam process depends on your exam category
Pre booking exam fee has to pay in DOH site
STEP 5: BOOK PEARSONVUE EXAM OR ORAL EXAM BASED ON YOUR PROFESSION:
You will get approval for exam. You have to pay pre exam approval fee around 50 Aed , some professions 100 Aed.
Once you pay the fee you will get Pearson vue authorization link with username and password also.
Or if it is oral exam you will get mail for oral exam date selection details.
Book in pearson vue website for exam .Exam cost depends on profession and area. About 470aed to 550aed. Some countries like Pakistan unable to book exam at center in Pakistan, as cards are not accepting. Don't worry Nursingmanthra have solution for that.
Total 3 attempts -you have to finish your exam with in the time frame given in the mail from DOH
Congratulations on passing Exam. Now you have to find a facility to activate your license with in 90days. If you cant find an employer within 90days, your application will get rejected. Again you have to reregister and pay credentialing fee.
Once you get an employer the facility nomination letter/offer letter , mal practice insurance has to upload in DOH site and select facility code in the place of sponsor.
then facility will accept application
process will move for CID approval, 3rd party approval
Congratulations. Now you got your License. Enjoy your job with DOH.
