HOW YOUR PSV(Primary Source Verification) WILL BE REPORTED?



The agency will share the PSV report with the applicant and DHA within six (6) weeks from the
date of payment confirmation by the applicant. The outcome of the report may be:

  1. Positive:- In case of positive or partially verified result, HRD will proceed with the application.
  2. Partially verified: - In case the PSV report is unable to verify, HRD will address the issues based on the scenario’s
    mentioned below.
  3. Unable to verify:

4. Negative-  Eligible for re verification-Granted 6 weeks for re verification process from time of application.

Express Service In Dataflow verification:

    The Express Service will expedite your document verification from our standard application turnaround time to as fast as 14 working days. If you need to complete your verification quickly our Express Service package has been designed to ensure that you jump to the front of the queue.
     An Express Service specialist will be assigned to your application to manage the process within 14 working days along with any necessary follow-ups with the Issuing Authorities.
    Express Service is an additional cost to the regular package fee. For the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Department of Health, Abu Dhabi (DoH): Additional fee of AED 500 For the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities (SCHS): Additional fee of SAR 506.25 
    Is there a refund policy if the verification takes more than 14 working days? Yes, there is a refund policy for applications delayed beyond 14 working days. If this happens please raise a ticket with our Support Team so the issue can be investigated - in case the delay is due to unavoidable circumstances including, but not limited to, a lack of response from the Issuing Authorities for your documents or regional conflict impacting our verification efforts.

 Express Service : The DataFlow Group Support Centre https://support.dataflowgroup.com/support/solutions/articles/17000096874-express-service-faqs 2/2 Choose Verification Services Click on Country of Regulator/Organisation i.e. where you are seeking employment When you start filling your Application form you will be able to choose the Express Service in addition to your regular package. 

HOW CAN WE APPLY FOR DATAFLOW REVERIFICATION:

        In order to apply for reverification, click on the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of  page and submit your request, along with any relevant additional documents and details. 
Team  will review your information and respond within 48 hours. 
*Note: The reverification process may take up to 35 days for completion. 
Once reverification is complete, the final report will be shared directly with the entity you are applying for.

How to combine multiple reports:

I have multiple reports under different email addresses, can I link/merge these reports? And do I have to pay USD29 for each and every registered email address? 

You only need one account and pay once.

    I have 20 years of experience with RNRM currently I did post basic BSc Nursing can I apply for data flow after my pbsc I didn't work I have completed recently Dec2021
